Auxiliary materials needed:
1. interface agent: it is a liquid material. It is a self leveling material. The emulsion interface treatment agent is used for the base coating of the wall ground absorbent base, such as concrete, cement mortar and anhydrite base, that is, sealing the pores and crevice of the base layer, reducing the absorbability of the porous base, and enhancing the interface adhesion of the base layer to play the role of the bonding bridge. Self leveling: it is a kind of ground leveling material with very good fluidity, which can be used for various foundations with poor flatness, marble ground and tile ground. 4. Welding line: it is a kind of material to link the gap of PVC coiled material floor. Welding line is used between the gaps to weld the whole city, which is not only beautiful, but also impermeable.
Steps of PVC roll paving:
1. Foundation grinding: use a grinder to polish the floating ash on the self leveling surface to make the surface smooth and flat. Use a hand grinder to polish the edges and corners. Clean up after completion to achieve dust-free effect as much as possible.
2. PVC coiled material cutting and pre laying: according to the site size cutting, reasonably calculate the material, reduce the loss to the minimum, lay the cut
PVC coiled material floor in the corresponding position, align the plate with the plate, if the gap between the floors is more than 2 mm, overlap can be adopted, and the gap can be overlapped by 1 cm.
3. Glue scraping: turn over half of the pre laid PVC coiled material floor, use the special scraper for the coiled material floor to scrape the glue evenly onto the floor until the glue is fully scraped.
4. Paste: after the glue reaches the adhesive level, push down the coiled material floor one by one, and then roll it with a large roller until it is compacted.
5. Closing: after the coiled material floor is paved, the edge and corner shall be closed with edge closer, or the hook knife shall be used to close the edge and corner, and the gap with overlapping shall be closed with hook knife or seam counter. Finally, pay attention to the edge and corner warping, and compact the edge and corner with small pressure roller.
6. For slotting welding line, use electric slotting machine or manual slotting, the width of slotting shall not be more than 3mm, use special hot-melt welding gun to weld the gap, and then shovel flat welding line.
